I’ve juste
realise that two weeks ago, i’ve forgot to translate the paper in English…
Sorry for that!
Association type law 1901, the association was
formally established in 1992, during the restoration project of the Marcel
Dassault MD 312 Flamant, who was on static display at the airfield since 1983.
The
objective of the association is the promotion and preservation of old wings.
The nearly 20 passionate component of Corby Old Wing (AAC) is intended to give
the planes back into flying condition, and fly them to the opportunities of
meeting (I remind seeing elsewhere in the last year in Grenoble Geoirs meeting).
Their park can boast today of six aircraft in flying condition (the famous
MD312, but also a Piper PA18, an Norecrin N1203, a Cessna L19, a North American
T6 Texan, and Auster), that will come one day complete three other devices
(Piper PA18 a second, another MD 312, and a T-NA 6).
Finally, if
aviation enthusiast, you live in the Lyon region, I suggest you approach this
association will not fail you a warm welcome.
